William Duncan

As a former Director of Standards Committee for the Project Management Institute, William Duncan has over 30 years of management and consulting experience and was the primary author of the 1994 and 1996 versions of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) . He has delivered project management courses for many companies, such as Sybase and Texas Instruments. In addition, his ‘process model' of project management has been used to organize ISO10006 - guidelines for quality in project management.

Karen Tate

She is the president of The Griffin Tate Group, Inc., and is the co-author of The Project Management Memory Jogger, A Pocket Guide for Project Teams, Getting Started in Project Management, A Step By Step Approach to Risk Assessment , and Triz: An Approach to Systematic Innovation.In addition to being the director of Project Management Institute for 2003 and 2004, Karen Tate has been working with projects and project teams for more than 20 years. Prior to forming The Griffin Tate Group, Inc., she managed programs and projects of all types and sizes, in a variety of industries, and has consulted and trained with organizations throughout the US, South Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Ms. Tate has earned her Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and she has an MBA from Xavier University . Ms. Tate serves on the Education Advisory Group of Project Management Institute and is a senior life member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), a member of Cincinnati Digital Women, the Circuit, and a charter member of the Cincinnati chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

Debbie O'Bray

As a senior consultant and former chairperson (2003) of the board of the Project Management Institute, Debbie O'Bray has more than 20 years of management experience including five years in IT industry as a senior project manager. She has delivered project management courses for many IT companies, such as Sybase and Context Integration. Her reputation for delivering quality consulting services led to an invitation to lead a meeting of international project management experts in Norway .

Eric Cheung

He is a visiting professor of Tsinghua University , China . As Chief Consultant and Instructor of Cyberway 21PM and a sitting committee member of the Global Project Management Standards Committee, Eric has delivered more than 300 sessions in introductory project management courses to over 10,000 trainees. He enjoys a high level of customer satisfaction. Eric Cheung's lecture style integrates western project management practices with traditional Chinese philosophies. He has more than 10 years of project and corporate management experience.

Kelvin Chen

Kelvin Chen has accumulated 12 years of project management experience from his works in the research and development, government and management consulting areas. With extensive experience as a trainer and consultant to government institutions and major multinationals in Singapore , Hong Kong , Taiwan and China , he has keen interested in helping people and organizations to become more effective and efficient by applying project management concepts and processes in real business environment. Kelvin is fluent in English, Mandarin and Japanese. He has conducted management workshops and trained more than 1,000 managers and executives from companies and organizations include Hewlett-Packard, DuPont, Chartered Semiconductor, DBS Bank, PSB, HDB, TECH Semiconductor, Kodak China , TSMC, UMC, Oracle, Federal Express, CLP Power Hong Kong, Hercules Chemicals, Hitachi Chemicals, Reuters and Advantest.

Bill Li

He is senior trainer, consultant and global project management competence standard expert. As one of the founding member of Greater-China Project Management Association (GPMA), he has many years of outstanding corporate training and consulting experience. He also has extensive management experiences within a number of multinational companies in China as well as at oversea. He excels in project management core skills, organizational managing by project, organization and individual project management competence models, agile management and organization strategy areas. Mr. Li is passionate to help people and organizations to be more effective and efficient by applying Managing By Project concepts, tools, skills and processes in real business environment.
