Super Project Fast Process Workshop (FPW) is a highly interative project process flow workshop, which involves the members of project team and key stakeholders. Using a real-life key super project of your organization, a guidance is produced by the workshop participants. The two-day workshop can give simulation of how the project team work effectively with concerted efforts. The expectations of the boss (project owner/sponsor) and the client would be well achieved under the organization and leadership of PM.
FPW can help you better understand the member roles and responsibilities in key projects, thus enabling the team to have clearer goals and to be able to come up with project plans that better guard against major risks and changes.
