This course is designed to complete the training of all 9 modules of project management body of knowledge for participants already took the Managing by Project Core Course for senior managers. The training prepares participant for the global certification of PMI as well as GAPPS. On top of the 4 modules covered by core course which are Project Plan Management, Time Management, Cost Management and Risk Management, this course covers the other 5 modules: Communications Management, Human Resources Management, Quality Management, Procurement Management, and Integration Management.
