完善流程文档: 针对流程及其它文档的完备性、适用性,保存方式及访问控制、文档之间的相关性和一致性等进行改进。
Perfect the current processes: check the process targets and scopes, principals, persons in charge, sub- processes, process activities, input and output of messages, process roles and responsibility statements, requirements of techniques, review indexes and their definitions, so as to find out whether they are clear or can be optimized in some way to improve the efficiency of process performance.
