Implementation service of OCIPM is the follow-up service after an organization has performed an OCIPM analysis. Our experts and consultants will assist your organization implement the recommended organization changes and processed re-engineering, in order to improve your overall competence in project management. The service is hands-on, practical and results oriented. The time length and effort of this type of engagement required from both Cyberway 21PM and the client site varies and depends on size of the organization, extent of implementation and client's total budget. The implementation service normally has two stages: the initial implementation and recurring review and improvement. The initial implementation, for a typical project, normally takes 3 months to 6 months. Each month, our implementation consultants will normally spend 1－2 working week at client company. The recurring review and improvement service is optional to the client where and when necessary. It is recommended to perform a 5－10 working-days professional review on OCIPM status of the client every quarter or half year.
